Personal Consultations
Would you like to work closely with a Registered Nutritionist to improve your overall health and fitness with nutrition? Or focus on something more specific such as how nutrition can optimise your pregnancy and fertility, ease your menopausal symptoms, or improve your gut health, hormone health or your relationship with food?
Here at Her Nutritionist UK we focus on women's health (the clue’s in the name), and we offer virtual one to one consultations to work with you to navigate through the plethora of information that's out there, identify the issue, and create a nutrition plan that’s tailored just for you!
What to Expect

Once you're all signed up, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and food diary so we can get an overall picture of your current nutritional, physical and emotional situation before your first consultation. Once complete, this will be followed by a 1 hour consultation to discuss your questionnaire and food diary. We will discuss your lifestyle, activity, health concerns, family medical history, existing symptoms (if any) and your goals. You may also discuss any underlying emotional issues that may be affecting your mood, eating patterns or lifestyle. If necessary, it may be suggested that you undergo some additional tests (blood, stool, urine etc). You will then be sent an individual nutrition plan and recommendations that are tailored to you and your lifestyle. Weekly follow up appointments will continue for the duration of the course, and there will also be ongoing support in between sessions.
Step 1
Once you sign up, you will be sent a food diary and a health and lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete prior to your initial consultation, exploring your general health and lifestyle factors (such as diet, sleep, stress and movement). This allows a detailed picture in preparation for your first consultation.
Step 2
Your initial consultation will take place over video or telephone call, (whichever you prefer), and the session usually lasts around one hour. Your food diary and health and lifestyle questionnaire will be explored further, as well as your relationship with food. Factors that might be holding you back will be identified and a deeper understanding of what you are hoping to get out of working together. You will then receive a nutrition plan and recommendations that are tailored to you and your lifestyle.
Step 3
Follow-up sessions are via video or telephone call and typically last around 45-minutes. Clients get the best results from weekly calls but it can work around you. Your day-to-day challenges will be unraveled and working together will help resolve them. In between these sessions, activities and resources will be provided and on-going support is on hand via email or text throughout.
